| Repair ServiceThis repair service is provided for metal type link bracelets that are either beyond the 30 day return period or not purchased from us. However, before placing your order, please pay attention to the following:
1. You may place your order if the repair does not require new part(s) other than pins.
2. You may place your order if you only need to shorten the length of a link bracelet with removable pin connection.
3. For all other conditions, please email to info@sohofive.com to let us know what needs to be done or find out if the required parts are currently available before placing your order.
After placing your order and if your order goes through successfully, you should receive an order confirmation momentarily. Then please remember to mark your order number on a conspicuous part of your package and send it to the following address:
