Payment

Online orders can be placed via our website using a major credit card.
The billing address that you enter on this screen must be an exact match of the address that your credit card company or bank has on file for this card.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing order, unless the email address provided is invalid or blocking info@sohofive.com as a sender.
24-48 hours later, you will receive a shipment notice email with tracking number when the product is shipped depending on the shipping method you choose at time of order placement.

Email Confirmation & Order Tracking Number

Auto email confirmations are sent immediately after your order. If you do not receive any email confirmations, contact us at info@sohofive.com and we will confirm your order by phone.

When orders are shipped from the warehouse, a shipment notice is sent to the email address provided with the order.

Processing Policies

We employ these standard operating procedures. From our experience we would like to provide the clarifications below to better serve your expectations and ensure consistent quality service.

Orders placed by 12pm EST will be sent to the warehouse the same business day. These orders should usually ship the same day.
Orders after 12pm EST will be sent to the warehouse the next business day. These orders will normally ship the next day.
Orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing during business days.
Once your order has been submitted, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order thoroughly to ensure there are no mistakes
Occasionally popular items are backordered from the warehouse.
Unfortunately, we are not informed beforehand and you must wait for the backordered item to ship separately later via USPS since it can not be cancelled or expedited once the order is sent to the warehouse.
Backordered items will be shipped USPS.
If the backordered item was part of a larger overnight/2nd day shipping order, we cannot give you credit for the extra shipping charges for the partial order.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax will be added according to your state's law. Sales tax is applied to the total retail amount of the order, not including shipping and handling charges (where applicable) and is based on the shipment's destination state and local sales tax rates. In the event that additional charges may apply, we may make modifications to your order and notify you after the order is processed.

Shipping Information

All shipping charges will be calculated based on ship method. In the event that additional charges may apply, we will notify you immediately before the order is processed. Products are available for shipment within the United States only. We currently do not accept international orders. All addresses must be a physical address.
