We do not offer warranty on any of our products. However, all SohoFive products have a 60-day return policy except certain items otherwise specified or clearance sale items. In the meantime, for customer protection, the Yahoo Store system automatically erases sensitive customer information after a certain period of time thereafter we will be unable to issue refund, therefore all returns that are received by us after 30 days from the date of order placement will ONLY receive store credit instead of refund.

- Contact us for a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA). Please clearly mark the RMA number on the return package, otherwise return package without the RMA number clearly written on it will be refused.
- Send us the
product within 30 days of receiving your purchase to our warehouse located at the following address:

- Shipping, handling and material costs for returning the product(s) are for the buyer's account only disregarding the reason for return.
- In order to keep our prices competitive, and offer free shipping, all returns are
subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Returns due to or as a result of undeliverable, erroneous or invalid shipping address provided by the buyer are all subject to 25% restocking fee or reshipping fee.
- Shipping fees
are non-refundable on returns.
- Returned orders that received Free Shipping will have the originally waived shipping charges deducted from the return credit.
- Exchanges will incur additional shipping and handling charges.
- Return credit processing may take up to a maximum of 2-4 weeks.
- Items that are not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded.
- Returned products that are not in it's original or resellable condition are not acceptable and will not be refunded.
- Our return policy is NOT applicable to wholesale orders which are not returnable.
- All clearance sales are final. Clearance sales items are non-returnable
