1. Contact us for a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA). Please clearly mark the RMA number on the return package, otherwise return package without the RMA number clearly written on it will be refused.



2. Send us the product within 30 days of receiving your purchase to our warehouse located at the following address:

• In order to keep our prices competitive, and offer free shipping, all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable on returns.
• Returned orders that received Free Shipping will have the originally waived shipping charges deducted from the return credit.
• Exchanges will incur additional shipping and handling charges.
• Return credit processing may take up to a maximum of 2-4 weeks.
• Items that are not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded.
• Our 30 day money back return policy is NOT applicable to wholesale orders.
